The world is lying to our teenagers, telling them that money equals happiness and that whoever has the most stuff wins. God has other plans. Teens and their money were meant for more. How does God want young believers to face college choices, car loans, and even retirement? Host Rob West talks with finance expert Art Rainer about steps to avoid pitfalls, and have a future filled with contentment and generosity. 
<ul><li>Teenagers can make incredibly important money decisions right now that will impact them for the rest of their lives.</li><li>Money and more possessions will not lead you to greater levels of happiness. It’s all a facade. God has a plan for us and it’s not that!</li><li>We need to live with our hands open and be more generous. That’s our priority.</li><li>We are to save wisely. Set aside money for the future. Not hoarding, but preparing for the inevitable.</li><li>We’re to live appropriately, making wise decisions about how we spend our money day to day—not going into debt and staying within our budget.</li><li>Young people should open a checking account and put together a spending plan. Next, open a savings account. Finally, they should open a Roth IRA.</li><li>Parents should be the ones modeling proper financial behavior first!</li><li>Work at least a part-time job.</li></ul>Here are some questions we answered from our callers on today’s program:
